Our Mission
Protecting Value
The purpose of the Homeowners Association is to protect the value of your home and the quality of your neighborhood. We set and collect maintenance fees, maintain landscaping and roads, manage snow removal, garbage collection, and the upkeep of the shared pumping station.
Preserving Community
Homeowners in Milford Hunt bought into a neighborhood that includes many aspects beyond individual homes - from subdivision entries and common areas to the overall condition of every home. Our main goal is to meet the expectation that community standards will be protected over time.
Building Together
We organize events and provide venues for neighborhood functions, bringing neighbors together and fostering a vibrant, connected community.
